RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise accompanied by a register receipt within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund. Any return over 30 days accompanied by a registered receipt will be issued a store/ merchandise credit.  

 

Any name printed on the store/ merchandise credit must match the name on a government-issued photo ID. Store/Merchandise credits are subject to the TERMS and Conditions printed on the card and imposed by the issuer, which may include restrictions on transfers.  

 

Credit card refunds will be credited back to the card of purchase with a government- issued photo ID required. All returns, exchanges and refunds must be accompanied by a registered receipt.

SHAPER POLICY

When considering the girdles and control products as products for personal use, our return policies are clear as they are applicable only when the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect, not due to sizes or color change, this taking into account that it is You must follow the process in case of qualifying as a manufacturing defect:

Send images of the product of the area with the defect and of the label and packaging.

Keep as much as possible the packaging for the return. If it is corroborated in the image that it is by default of quality, you can proceed with the return.

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund. TO EXCHANGE A GIFT BY MAIL. 

 

  1. Contact us to order a replacement item. This ensures you get the item you want, as well as credit for any discounts used. (Need to find the right item first?)  

  2. Return the gift item using the directions in "To return a gift by mail," above.

 

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We bill your credit card for your replacement item and ship it for free. As soon as we receive your returned item, we refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

 

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT IN A STORE.

You can return gifts purchased online to the appropriate stores. For example, if you received a gift purchased at our California store or California online, you can return it to our California retail store, or USA online, but not to our stores in other countries or online in another country.

NOTE: For items marked "Mail only", merchandise must be returned by mail. Check your invoice first.

 

Do the following:

  1. Find a store location near you

  2. Bring the item and your invoice to the store.

  3. Tell a sales associate that you want to return a gift that was purchased online, and that you want the value placed on a gift card.

 

What happens next?

We refund the purchase amount in the form of a store gift card, which you can use immediately or for future purchases online or in person in any of our stores.

 

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

 

Most refunds on returns are in the form of original payment.

For exchanges, the item is returned separately from the purchase of the replacement item. For more information, see the topic "To exchange items by mail." 



 

Here are the details for various methods of payment.

 

If you paid with...                          We will...

A credit card                                  Refund your purchase amount to that same card.

A gift card                                     Refund your purchase amount to the same gift card or 
                                                    issue a new gift card for that amount.

 

A promotional code or discount       Exchange the item for the same style in another size

                                                   or color. (If you choose to exchange the item for a                                                               different style, the discount can't be transferred.)

 

Rewards points                              Credit those points (not the dollar amount)

                                                    to your Rewards account.


 

Notes: Refunds include the taxes originally paid on the item being returned. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

If you pay using both a gift card and a credit card, and later decide to return your purchase, the amounts are credited differently depending on whether you return all or part of the original purchase total. For example, if you split a $100 total between a gift card and a credit card, we would refund half the return to the credit card, and half to a new gift card we would send you. But if you returned only one item with a cost of $60, we would refund $50 of that to your credit card and $10 to a new gift card. And if you returned the $40 item, the entire refund would go to the credit card.
